A communications error is received. To fix, turn the sensor off, then turn it back on. Does it beep within about 60 seconds?
If yes, then the sensor has initialized and you should be able to communicate with it provided:
- Your cable is good,
- You are specifying the correct serial port, and
- Have full permissions over the EasyMatch QC software folders.
Note that EasyMatch QC does not auto-detect to which serial port your sensor is connected. The user is responsible for knowing which port to select.
