D25-LT Lamp Issues Follow

We are having problems with our D25-LT lamp. When we install a new lamp the lamp does not come on.

I would like ask you or your technicians to follow the steps below in order to check the instruments wiring harness:

• Turn instrument off
• Remove covers (see photos in attachment- please note that the attachment contains instructions for replacing a component, do not remove any parts of the instrument just visually inspect components)
• Visually check the wires that connect to the door switch and the wiring from the Lamp to the Lamp Control Board.
• If any brown outs are detected, please take photos and send them to us.

**If the Lamp Control Board shows signs of brown outs or it is damaged the instrument will have to come to our Lab for replacement of the board.
