Setting Tolerances for Standards in EZMQC Follow

To set tolerances in EasyMatch QC, select the standard from the Job Tree so that it is highlighted in blue as shown below.

Right click on your Standard and select PROPERTIES, here you will find a Tolerances button.

The tolerances button allows you to set tolerances for a wide variety of color scales, color differences, and color indices. Press TOLERANCES to continue.

Enter the tolerances you have decided upon for your product and click OK to apply these. Click OK again to close the Properties window and you should see your tolerances displayed. Please ensure to save the Job to save these changes with your Standard.
