Serial to USB adapter driver Follow

FAQ: We cannot get our HunterLab to communicate using the A10-1011-777 Serial to USB adapter. When we look in Control Panel/Device Manager, it is not listed under "Universal Bus Controllers".

HunterLab ships an A10-1011-777 Serial-to-USB adapter as standard with every sensor with serial communications.

The typical HunterLab A10-1011-777 Serial-to-USB Adapter is an IOGear GUC232A. The driver can be found online at https://www.iogear.com/support/dm/driver/GUC232A

Just download and install from the IOGear site. It should then be recognized.
