One of the first things we recommend is consulting with your IT department. When installing the software it needs to be done so under full administrative privileges. In addition all users of the software need full read/write/modify privileges to C:\HunterLab.
Often times most EasyMatch QC installation issues can be resolved by getting the IT department involved and ensuring that all privileges are met.
