Not responding ColorFlexHow to fix a ColorFlex That Fails to Respond Follow

First, please check the wall adapter as follows: 

1. Unplug the AC wall adapter from the ColorFlex so that the four-pin connector can be accessed.
2. Plug the AC wall adapter into an AC outlet.
3. Using a voltmeter, measure the voltage between the outermost pins of the four-pin connector.
4. If the voltage is less than 14, then replace the wall adapter.

Second, If the AC adapter is functioning, return the instrument to HunterLab for service.
