As the industry leader in meeting color measurement challenges, we pride ourselves on ensuring the quality of your products and the quality of our service.
Our uncompromising customer focus is why we support our products as long as five years after we stop manufacturing them. Unfortunately, marketplace realities make it difficult to support the electronic technology in mature products longer than this, as critical parts are no longer available.
Because we face this difficult problem with UltraScan XE, we are reluctantly forced to sunset this older product and will discontinue support and service after June 30, 2010.
