How to connect CFL2 with EasyMatchQC Follow

Accessories Needed: USB Type-A to USB Type-B Cable

1. Connect the Cable:
   • Plug the USB Type-A end into a USB port on your PC.
   • Plug the USB Type-B end into the service port of the CFL2.
2. Set Up EZMQC:
   • Open the EZMQC software on your PC.
   • Navigate to Sensors > Install/Configure.
   • Click Add Sensor.
   • In the Sensor Type dropdown list, select ColorFlex L2.
   • Choose the correct communication port from the list, then click Next.
     • Note: If you’re unsure which port corresponds to the ColorFlex L2, select one and click Next. If it doesn’t work, try another port until successful.
3. Verify Connection:
   • Once connected, the ColorFlex L2 will be ready for standardization. Restart EZMQC after the sensor is added. 

Note: EZMQC cannot communicate with the Essentials2 software on the CFL2 or utilize its camera feature.
