New EasyMatchQC/QC-ER release Follow
The latest EasyMatchQC/QC-ER is released at Jun 2021, EasyMatchQC/QC-ER 4.97.
EasyMatch QC and EZMQC-ER are compliant with Microsoft Windows 7 32+64 bit and WIN 8, 8.1, 10 and 11 64 bit operating systems.
Attached, please check the major changes from previous builds to EasyMatchQC/QC-ER4.97.
Note:
1. When you update EZMQC/QC-ER from older version to 4.88 and above, please do a clean uninstall first then install.
Here is the procedure for EZMQC:
*Login PC with an admin account
*Close EZMQC.
*Uninstall EZMQC through control panel.
*Restart PC
*Delete these folders if still exists:
C:\Program Files (x86)\HunterLab (if 32 windows system, C:\Program Files\HunterLab)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\HunterLab (If 32 windows system, C:\Program Files\Common Files\HunterLab)
*Rename C:\HunterLab\EasyMatchQC folder. (After installing EZMQC, you can copy all the job files from this old folder to the new one.)
*Install the newer EZMQC
Here is the procedure for EZMQC-ER:
*Close EZMQC ER.
*Uninstall EZMQC ER client, EZMQC ER server, and EZMQC Pre-installation wizard through control panel.
*Restart PC
*Delete these folders if still exists:
C:\Program Files (x86)\HunterLab (if 32 windows system, C:\Program Files\HunterLab)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\HunterLab (If 32 windows system, C:\Program Files\Common Files\HunterLab)
*Rename C:\HunterLab\EasyMatchQC-ER Client folder. (After installing EZMQC ER, you can copy all the job files from this old folder to the new one.)
*Install EZMQC ER.
2. If you multiple PC with EZMQC/QC-ER, it is recommend to use same latest EZMQC/QC-ER in all PCs. Some older version EZMQC could not open the job created/modified by the newer EZMQC/QC-ER. The newer EZMQC/QC-ER can open jobs created/modified by all older ones.
3. If you do not need to do clean uninstall, please make sure to remove/rename sensors.dat created by previous EZMQC before opening newer version EZMQC/QC-ER. It is located at C:\HunterLab\EasyMatchQC\Sensors (For EZMQC) or C:\HunterLab\EasyMatchQC-ER Client\Sensors (For EZMQC-ER).
