FAQ: EasyMatch QC communications error is received. To fix, turn the sensor off, then turn it back on. Does it beep within about 60 seconds?

Answer:
If yes, then the sensor has initialized, and you should be able to communicate with it provided:
- Your cable is good.
- You are specifying the correct serial port, and
- Have full permissions over the EasyMatch QC software folders.
Note that EasyMatch QC does not auto-detect to which serial port your sensor is connected. The user is responsible for knowing which port to select.
