This CMR provides an 11-0050-30 Black Glass, 4-in, uncalibrated, and a special 100-mm x 100-mm (4-in x 4-in) holder. The holder is for placing the regular MiniScan EZ White or Green Tile standards for standardization. The main purpose of this CMR is to allow the client to re-use a box with cutouts for holding the MiniScan EZ White/Green Tiles, Black Glass and OC Pink Tile (not part of this CMR).

Note: While not exclusive, CMR-3059 is only used by Owens Corning Fiberglas.
