This Data Capture program allows the output of a data record from the ColorFlex EZ, MiniScan EZ or D25 NC to be captured.
This data can be viewed when the Print function is activated after a measurement is taken on the instrument. The Print function can be activated manually selecting the PRINT option after the record is taken or automatically using GLOBAL OPTIONS > AUTOPRINT (or AUTOSAVE).
Download the zip file to the PC connected to the sensor (or take it over on flash disk). Unzip the folder where you will find 3 files - a detailed set of instructions, a runtime.msi file to load components needed and the ColorFlex EZ/MiniScan EZ Data Capture program.
Run the runtime.msi program first, to load needed components followed by the capture.vbs program second.
An operator standardizes the ColorFlex EZ and makes a color measurement. The data record is sent out the USB port at the back of the instrument. It is carried by the A21-1014-375 USB Adapter Cable to the PC.
The USB Data Capture program will collect and display the data allowing the LIMs integrator to see the form of the output data record. The LIMs integrator can parse out what the color information from the record that needs to be collected and stored in the LIMs.
