Answer:
TAPPI Whiteness per TAPPI T1216 Indices for Whiteness, Yellowness, Brightness, and Luminous Reflectance Factor is the same as the CIE Whiteness Index and the ASTM E313 Whiteness Index.
It displays on the ColorFlex EZ display as "WIE" for illuminants C and D65.
