Digital Qualification Notebook provides a solution for HunterLab clients to validate and document their system performance and operation at any time. Validation used to be instructed by the system vendor or performed by the company's representative, which was not efficient in terms of productivity and time. Now with the DQNB the end user can test and validate our products autonomously at any time.
The DQNB consists of three mandatory qualification protocols that help HunterLab customers to achieve regulatory compliance:
Installation Qualification (IQ): Validation protocol designed to ensure that the initial installation of a system has been completed properly. The protocol may include procedures detailing installation steps and checks.
Operation Qualification (OQ): Validation protocol designed to confirm that a system is performing adequately to allow accurate measurements. The protocol may include diagnostic tests and comparison of results to manufacturer's specifications.
Performance Qualification (PQ): Validation protocol designed to confirm that a system performs adequately and as expected for its anticipated use.
Each of these sections has step-by-step instruction that changes based on the instrument, software, and sample measurement type.
