Answer:
As of EasyMatch QC-ER version 4.88, the AutoSave Job feature (optional for EasyMatch QC; implemented as standard for EasyMatch QC-ER) has been modified to not allow reserved characters in the Job name.
When the User selects Read Standard/Sample/Series to make the first measurement in a Job, the User is prompted to save the Job with a name prior to the first reading being displayed.
To avoid any conflicts with the Microsoft file naming protocol (See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/177506), the filename cannot contain the following characters: \\ / : * ? " < > |. All other characters are allowed.
