FAQ: I have tried to import QTX formatted data and found that there is no data displayed if no instrument is currently connected to EasyMatch QC. As soon as I connect to a sensor the data is available. Why?

Answer:

An instrument must be connected so that EasyMatch QC knows which wavelength range and interval to use. (e.g. 400-700 @ 10, 360-780 @ 10, 350-1050 @ 5). Once the range and interval are known then the import can begin.
