Answer:
The Photometric Range for the UltraScan is 0 to 150 %.
So, 0% is the lowest, note that at this level where we are very close to the BOS (Bottom-of-Scale) vector. There may be instances, due to instrument noise, where the measured result is less than 0%, When that happens, we will report 0% and never report a negative value.
