Note: PDF and XLS job export format are available in Essentials L2 Version 2025.2 and above.
Job Export:
*Connect the flash drive to the USB port of ColorFlex L/Vista with Essetnials L2/Agera L2.
*Tap the Job name in the bottom-left corner of the screen, then tap Export.
* Jobs can be exported in CSV, PDF, or XLS formats. When exporting a PDF, users can choose between exporting a color data table or a spectral data table.
Any images stored within a job (ColorFlex L2 or Agera L2) can be exported as JPEG files inside a zip folder in the flashdrive.
To export multiple jobs together under a Workspace:
In the Job dialog, press and hold a job to enable Multiple Job Management Mode.
The Trash Can and Export icons will appear.
Select multiple jobs as needed, then tap the Export icon on the top right corner of this dialog to export the selected jobs.
